    William Gibson is a Canadian-American science fiction writer and essayist. He is best known for his debut novel, Neuromancer, which won the Nebula Award, the Hugo Award, and the Philip K. Dick Award. Gibson is credited with coining the term “cyberspace” and is considered one of the founders of the cyberpunk subgenre of science fiction. He has written numerous novels and short stories, including the Bridge trilogy, the Blue Ant trilogy, and The Peripheral. Gibson continues to write and publish works that explore the intersection of technology, society, and culture.
