David Seltzer is an American screenwriter, producer, and director. He is best known for writing the screenplay for the horror classic “The Omen” (1976) and for co-writing the screenplay for “Bird on a Wire” (1990). He has also written and directed several films, including “Lucas” (1986) and “Shining Through” (1992). Seltzer has won several awards for his work, including a Writers Guild of America Award and a Saturn Award.
