    Bio:

    Bram Stoker was an Irish author best known for his Gothic horror novel, “Dracula,” published in 1897. He was born in Dublin in 1847 and worked as a civil servant before becoming a full-time writer. Stoker was also a theater manager and worked closely with actor Henry Irving. He wrote several other novels and short stories, but “Dracula” remains his most famous work. Stoker died in 1912 at the age of 64.
