Our scores are our opinion

The Kernel Score (critic informed) and the Audience Score (audience informed) are Fresh Kernels' own editorial scores. We create them using our own judgment, informed by sources such as TMDB user ratings, critic reviews and other public data, plus AI tools. Fresh Kernels keeps final say over every score and may adjust any score however we choose, including for craft, content and values. Scores, verdicts and reviews are opinions, not a count or average of any group's votes, and not statements of fact. Read more on how our scores work. Your uploads

You keep ownership of the content you post or upload. By posting it, you give Fresh Kernels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and share it on and in connection with the site, for as long as it stays on the site. You may only post content that you own or have permission to use, and it must not break the law or anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Takedown requests

If you believe content on Fresh Kernels infringes your copyright or other rights, email gary@gtacompanies.com with a link to the content, a description of the work or right involved, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review it and remove the content where appropriate. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Movie, TV and streaming information comes partly from third parties and may be wrong or out of date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fresh Kernels and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
