Fred Weintraub was an American film and television producer, director, and writer. He was best known for producing the Bruce Lee films Enter the Dragon and The Big Boss, as well as the television series The Bobby Darin Show and The Richard Pryor Show. He was also the founder of the influential nightclub The Bitter End in Greenwich Village, New York. Weintraub was a pioneer in the development of independent film production and distribution. He was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2004.
