Denny Tedesco is an American film director, producer, and musician. He is best known for his documentary The Wrecking Crew, which tells the story of the Los Angeles-based studio musicians who played on countless hit records in the 1960s and 1970s. He has also produced and directed several other documentaries, including The Music of Strangers, which tells the story of the legendary jazz group Thelonious Monk Quartet. He is the son of legendary guitarist Tommy Tedesco, and has been a lifelong advocate for the recognition of studio musicians.
