    Bio:

    Buddy Adler was an American film producer and executive who worked in Hollywood from the 1940s to the 1960s. He was best known for producing films such as From Here to Eternity (1953), The King and I (1956), and The Longest Day (1962). Adler was a pioneer in the use of location shooting and was also known for his ability to work with big-name stars. He was nominated for two Academy Awards for Best Picture for From Here to Eternity and The Longest Day.
