Albert Zugsmith was an American film producer and director best known for his work on the classic films Touch of Evil (1958) and The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957). He was also a prolific screenwriter, having written over 30 films. Zugsmith was known for his unique and often controversial style of filmmaking, which often pushed the boundaries of censorship. He was also a pioneer in the use of special effects and color cinematography. He died in 1993 at the age of 81.
