Bio:

Stanley Kramer was an American film director and producer known for his socially conscious films that tackled controversial issues such as racism, nuclear war, and the Holocaust. He directed over 30 films throughout his career, including “The Defiant Ones,” “Judgment at Nuremberg,” and “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.” Kramer was nominated for nine Academy Awards and received the Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award in 1961. He passed away in 2001 at the age of 87.
