Shelton is best known for his work on sports-themed films such as “Bull Durham,” “White Men Can’t Jump,” and “Tin Cup.” He has also directed and written several other films, including “Blaze,” “Cobb,” and “Hollywood Homicide.” Shelton has received numerous awards and nominations for his work, including an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay for “Bull Durham.”
