Rush directed several notable films, including “The Stunt Man,” “Freebie and the Bean,” and “Color of Night.” He was also known for his work in television, directing episodes of shows such as “The Mod Squad” and “Hawaii Five-O.” Rush received numerous awards and nominations throughout his career, including an Academy Award nomination for Best Director for “The Stunt Man.”
