    Well, let’s just say Monte Hellman’s ROI ranking is so low, it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack…if that haystack was made up of 1,999 other directors. And with a status of F-List, it’s safe to say he won’t be making any blockbuster hits anytime soon. Sorry, Monte.
     

    Bio:

    Monte Hellman (1932-2021) was an American film director, producer, and editor. He is best known for his work in the independent film industry, particularly for his cult classic films “Two-Lane Blacktop” and “The Shooting.” Hellman began his career as an assistant director for Roger Corman and went on to direct several low-budget films throughout the 1960s and 1970s. He continued to work in the film industry until his death in 2021.
