    Well, Mervyn LeRoy may be on the F-List, but at least he’s in the top 3% of directors in terms of ROI. I guess he’s the king of the F-Listers!
     

    Bio:

    Mervyn LeRoy was an American film director, producer, and actor. He began his career as an actor in silent films before transitioning to directing in the 1930s. LeRoy directed a number of successful films throughout his career, including “Little Caesar,” “I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang,” and “The Wizard of Oz.” He was also a producer on several notable films, including “Gypsy” and “Mister Roberts.” LeRoy passed away in 1987 at the age of 86.
