    Kambuzia Partovi is an Iranian film director, screenwriter, and actor. He was born on August 4, 1955, in Rasht, Iran. Partovi has directed several acclaimed films, including “Café Transit” (2005), which won the Best Film award at the Fajr International Film Festival, and “The Fish Fall in Love” (2006), which was Iran’s official submission for the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 79th Academy Awards. He has also acted in several films, including “The Circle” (2000) and “The Past” (2013).
