John Maclean is a Scottish film director, screenwriter, and musician. He is best known for his feature film debut, “Slow West,” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2015 and won the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize. Prior to his career in filmmaking, Maclean was a member of the band The Beta Band.
