Dominik Moll is a French film director and screenwriter. He was born on May 7, 1962, in Bühl, Germany. Moll studied cinema at the Institut des hautes études cinématographiques (IDHEC) in Paris. He began his career as a director with the short film “Intérieur Café” in 1991. Moll’s feature film debut was “Harry, He’s Here to Help” in 2000, which won the Best Director award at the Cannes Film Festival. He has since directed several critically acclaimed films, including “Lemming” (2005) and “The Monk” (2011). Moll is known for his psychological thrillers and his ability to create suspenseful and atmospheric films.
