He is best known for co-directing and co-writing several successful comedy films with his brother Peter Farrelly, including “Dumb and Dumber,” “There’s Something About Mary,” and “Kingpin.” The Farrelly brothers are known for their irreverent and often crude humor, and their films have been both critically acclaimed and commercially successful.
