Tommy Chong is a Canadian-American actor, comedian, writer, director, activist, and musician. He is best known for his marijuana-themed Cheech & Chong comedy movies with Cheech Marin, as well as playing the character Leo on Fox’s That ’70s Show. He has also appeared in several other films and television shows, and has released several comedy albums. He is an outspoken advocate for the legalization of cannabis and has been involved in various political and social causes.
