    Bio:

    Phillip Terry (1909-1993) was an American actor who appeared in over 50 films and television shows during his career. He is best known for his roles in films such as The Big Sleep (1946), The Postman Always Rings Twice (1946), and The High and the Mighty (1954). He also had a recurring role in the television series The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. Terry was married to actress Joan Bennett from 1945 to 1951.
