Bud Luckey was an American animator, cartoon artist, voice actor, and musician. He was best known for his work at Pixar, where he served as a character designer and animator on films such as Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, and Monsters, Inc. He also provided the voice of Rick Dicker in The Incredibles and Chuckles the Clown in Toy Story 3. Luckey was also a prolific voice actor, providing the voices of Eeyore in Winnie the Pooh, Agent Rick Dicker in The Incredibles, and the lead character in the animated short Boundin’. He passed away in 2018 at the age of 83.
