    Bio:

    George C. Scott was an American actor and director. He was best known for his roles in films such as Dr. Strangelove, Patton, and The Hustler. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in Patton, and won an Emmy Award for his role in The Price. He was also known for his roles in the television series East Side/West Side and The Chisholms. Scott was known for his gruff, no-nonsense demeanor and his intense performances. He died in 1999 at the age of 71.
