Fallen (1997)
RT Audience Score: 72%
Awards & Nominations: 4 wins & 26 nominations
Has an interesting premise. Unfortunately, it’s just a recycling of old materials, and not all that thrilling
Fallen is a movie that’s been around for a while, and the reviews are all over the place. Some people think it’s a stylish thriller with great twists, while others think it’s boring and far-fetched. Personally, I think it’s a fun movie to watch if you’re in the mood for something a little weird. Denzel Washington is great, as always, and the supernatural elements add a cool twist to the usual cop drama. It’s not a masterpiece, but it’s definitely worth a watch if you’re looking for something different.

Denzel Washington has the almost impossible task of holding together a convoluted picture that’s only intermittently suspenseful and not very engaging emotionally or intellectually.
