    Oscar Fraley was an American author and journalist, best known for co-writing the book “The Untouchables” with Eliot Ness. He was born on September 13, 1914, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and died on May 5, 1994, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Fraley worked as a reporter for various newspapers before becoming a freelance writer. He wrote several books, including “The Untouchables,” which was later adapted into a popular television series and a movie. Fraley also wrote a number of other books, including “The Last Man on the Moon” and “The Thunderbolt Kid.”
