Rob Cohen is an American film director, producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for directing the first installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, as well as other action films such as xXx and The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. Cohen has also directed dramas such as Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story and The Boy Next Door. He began his career as a producer and writer for television shows such as Miami Vice and The Witches of Eastwick.
