Virgo is best known for his work on the television series “The Book of Negroes” and the film “Poor Boy’s Game.” He has also directed episodes of popular television shows such as “The Wire” and “American Crime.” Virgo has won several awards for his work, including a Gemini Award for Best Direction in a Dramatic Series for “The Border.”
