    Bio:

    Roscoe Karns (1893-1970) was an American character actor who appeared in over 200 films and television shows. He was known for his comedic roles, often playing the wise-cracking sidekick. He was a regular in the Marx Brothers films, appearing in A Night at the Opera, A Day at the Races, and Room Service. He also had roles in films such as It Happened One Night, The Awful Truth, and The Lady Eve. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in the film The More the Merrier.
