    Bio:

    Fredric March (1897-1975) was an American actor who had a successful career in both silent and sound films. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in the 1932 film Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and was nominated for the same award for his roles in The Royal Family of Broadway (1930) and The Best Years of Our Lives (1946). He was also nominated for an Emmy Award for his performance in the television movie The Iceman Cometh (1973). March was known for his versatility and range, and was able to play a variety of characters, from comedic to dramatic. He was also a successful stage actor, appearing in many Broadway productions.
