Daniel César Martín Brühl González (German: [ˈdaːni̯eːl ˈbʁyːl, -ni̯ɛl -]; Spanish: [daˈnjel ˈbɾul ɡonˈθaleθ]; born 16 June 1978) is a German-Spanish actor. He has received various accolades, including three European Film Awards and three German Film Awards, along with nominations for two Golden Globe Awards and a BAFTA Award. He received his first German Film Award for Best Actor for his roles in Das Weisse Rauschen (2001), Nichts Bereuen (2001), and Vaya con Dios (2002).
