Solid performances lift this drama to a higher level
One True Thing is a movie that will make you cry, but in a good way. It’s like a well-oiled machine that knows exactly how to tap into your emotions and make you feel all the feels. Streep is amazing, as always, and Zellweger and Hurt hold their own. It’s not a movie for everyone, but if you’re in the mood for a good cry, this is the one for you. Just make sure you have some tissues handy!
