State and Main” is a movie that takes a hilarious look at the chaos that goes on behind the scenes of a Hollywood production. While some critics found it lacking in the sharpness of Mamet’s other works, I found it to be a fun and lighthearted satire that pokes fun at the film industry. Plot
Having left New Hampshire over excessive demands by the locals, the cast and crew of “The Old Mill” moves their movie shoot to a small town in Vermont.
